José Garcia


José's advertising and marketing experience includes a variety of product and service categories: telecommunications, financial services, packaged goods, beverage, tobacco, fast food, automobile and government. José is a pioneer in Business-to-Business multicultural advertising; he planned, launched and managed the “first-ever” integrated communications campaign in the Hispanic market for AT&T Business Services. He also managed and supervised the implementation of multicultural advertising efforts for SBC Communications (Pacific Bell Wireless, Directory Yellow Pages) and the launch of Southwestern Bell Long Distance service in Texas.

Most recently, José has conducted market research and performed market planning for startup clients of OMNIFACE. José continues to lend his marketing and advertising expertise in the telecommunications, packaged goods, retail, financial and mortgage lending categories for both the B2C and B2B arenas with emphasis on creative development and marketing communications. He is proficient in industry standard graphic design and business software applications such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, etc.), Quark, and Microsoft Office.

José graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana in México City with a bachelor's degree in Communications with emphasis in advertising, public relations and film production. He is fully bilingual-bicultural and possesses a flawless command of the Spanish language.
